The license problem can be fixed. Here’s how: (Thanks To saint mykill)
You have to disable your internet connection, close your media player, theninstall WhiteCap. Open your media player again, and under settings, change "check for updates" from "weekly" to "never". Close your mediaplayer, reenable your internet connection, and voila!

If you’ve already installed and got the error, then you need to first uninstall through add/remove programs and delete theWhiteCap folder located at:
C:Documents and SettingsUSERNAMEApplication DataSoundspectrum (For XP Users)
C:UsersUSERNAMEAppDataSoundspectrum (For Vista Users)
Then follow the rest of the stepsI’ve listed above.
